Family Yoga Storytime | Families with kids ages 4-7
Gather your family and roll out your mat for a story and some stretches! We will do stretches and poses inspired by our picture book, while practicing breathing techniques and relaxation.
Please bring yoga mats if you have them. A limited number of loaner mats will be available.
Registration opens 3 weeks before the program. Please register once per family, then note number and ages of participants.
